The following terms and conditions apply to all projects undertaken by www.primebookpublishinglabs.com.

Revision Policy

Revisions depend on the package selected by the client. Prime Book Publishing provides unlimited free amendments to ensure you get exactly what you envision. Revisions must remain within the scope of the original design concept and brief. Significant changes outside the original concept may incur additional charges. Standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours, depending on complexity.

Refund Policy

Funds deposited with Prime Book Publishing are non-refundable once initial design concepts have been delivered and approved or modified by the client. Refunds are only considered in specific circumstances, such as project cancellation initiated by Prime Book Publishing for reasons unrelated to client actions. Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind requests.

Refund structure:

• Before delivery of initial design concepts: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

• Within 48 hours of receiving initial design: 66% refund minus 10% administrative fee.

• Within 48–96 hours: 33% refund minus 10% administrative fee.

• After 96 hours: No refunds available.

Additional conditions:

• Clients inactive for seven working days forfeit the right to a refund.

• Clients unresponsive for five consecutive working days during any project stage are ineligible for refunds.

• No refunds are provided once final files are delivered.

• For website packages, no refund is available after the initial design mockup has been revised or inner pages created with client approval.

• Combo packages (e.g., logo + website) are refundable only for the unused portion.

• Refund requests must be submitted through official channels: toll-free number, live chat, or info@primebookpublishinglabs.com.

Public & Online Conduct Agreement

Both parties agree not to criticize or defame each other publicly, including social media, blogs, or public forums. Violations may result in damages payable to the non-breaching party.

Ownership & Copyright Policy

Upon issuance of a refund, ownership of delivered designs returns to Prime Book Publishing. Clients are prohibited from using refunded designs. Prime Book Publishing may register refunded designs with copyright agencies to prevent unauthorized use.

All designs are 100% original. In rare cases of coincidental similarity to another design, Prime Book Publishing is not liable. Clients are responsible for copyright registration after delivery.

Client Responsibility & My Account Usage

Clients must actively check their My Account for updates, communications, and revision requests. Failure to do so may delay projects or forfeit refunds. For navigation issues, contact customer support immediately.

Quality Assurance Policy

All designs strictly follow the client’s initial brief. Our team conducts thorough research to ensure uniqueness and high quality. Revisions (per package limits) are offered until client satisfaction is achieved.

Domain & Hosting Services

For applicable packages, domain and hosting are free of charge. Email accounts can be configured with third-party software (e.g., Outlook). If clients choose not to host with Prime Book Publishing, email accounts will not be provided.

Delivery Policy

Design files are delivered via the client’s My Account on the date specified in the Order Confirmation. An email notification will be sent upon delivery.

• Custom design orders: 5–7 business days

• Rush delivery: First draft within 24 hours (additional $100)

Record Maintenance

Final design files are archived. Clients can request retrieval at any time via email or customer support.

Clients must respond only to emails or calls from official channels listed on our website. Prime Book Publishing is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized communication.
