Full payment is required for all services listed on our website. However, in certain cases, we may allow projects to begin with a 50% upfront payment arrangement.
Customers are responsible for any transaction fees, processing charges, taxes, or applicable banking costs associated with payments.
We offer unlimited revisions within 14 days of the final delivery date to ensure customer satisfaction. Revision requests are handled based on project urgency and may require a minimum processing time of 24 hours.
Revisions can be requested after the order status changes to “Waiting for Customer Approval.” Clients may request edits by contacting their assigned Project Manager to ensure all original project requirements have been met.
Once the final files are delivered in editable format (such as Word documents), customers are free to make any changes or modifications according to their preferences, as they remain the sole owners of the content.
Prime Book Publishing Labs understands that plans may occasionally change. However, refunds are not issued for simple changes of mind after work on a project has begun.
We encourage clients to carefully review their requirements before placing an order or approving project initiation.
All project details, requirements, timelines, and deliverables are discussed and confirmed with the client before project execution begins.
Any disputes or misunderstandings regarding services will be addressed according to the agreed project scope, these Terms & Conditions, and accepted professional business practices.
Prime Book Publishing Labs may offer refunds in cases where project requirements are not fulfilled according to the agreed scope. However, refunds are evaluated individually and are subject to the following conditions.
